UK Delivery

• £1.99 Standard delivery is via Royal Mail please allow 7 working days for delivery. If you have a code for free delivery please enter this at checkout.Free delivery code will not work if you select DPD next day service as this is not free.You must select Royal Mail to get the free delivery code to work.
• UK DPD Delivery Charge £6.99. DPD UK is a next day delivery service once your parcel has been shipped,however please allow 7 working days for delivery.Door to door delivery with real time full tracking. Notification by email and text (Europe email only). Delivery day notification of a 1 hour window ETA and the name of the driver who will be delivering your parcel.Delivery Monday-Friday signature required.No deliveries on a Saturday/Sunday.

We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. In some instances we will send part of the order with some items to follow. Where we part send you are only charged for delivery once.Please note some large or heavy items are unsuitable for delivery to some UK regions and all export locations for such orders we will cancel the order and inform you.

Overseas Delivery

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and delivery times do vary. The charge will be shown at checkout. European Union Charges - 1 item £10,2 items £18, 3 items £25,4 items £30,6 items £40.Denmark 1-2 items £12,3 items £15,6 items £24.

USA - We do ship to the USA however there is very little demand from the USA so we have disabled the option.In addition some brands have exclusions on where we can ship to.Message from adidas “Please note adidas Group products cannot be shipped to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).” If you are interested in purchasing a product other than adidas brand please contact us and we can offer you an efficient service.Thank you.

Making an online purchase is very easy. Select an item from the online catalogue, choose your correct size or fitting and the correct quantity, then select 'add to cart', you will then be able to choose if you would like to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout, and complete the online purchasing form.

Search facility

We have a search feature available on the site in the top left hand corner.  Here you can search for a specific item, without the need to browse our shop.

Sizing Information

We are a UK website and all sizes refer to UK sizes. If you are unsure please email info@bournesports.com or telephone 01782 410411 for further information.

Returns Policy

Any item purchased through the website can be returned for an exchange or refund. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition with all the tags still attached and packaging included. Returned goods must be returned within 30 days, except for orders placed in November and December when orders can be returned early January.

If you are returning an item for exchange/refund you are responsible for return postage costs. For larger / heavier items we may charge £2 for despatch of the alternative, this does not apply to smaller single items.

Returning faulty items in the UK

If you are returning an item that is faulty we will refund return postage costs. When returning by Royal mail please ask the Post Office for a Certificate of Posting, its free and will assist if there was a problem.

Returning faulty items from outside UK

Please contact us prior to return using the email address info@bournesports.com. We will then respond to your email with further instructions.

Buying from our Retail Store in Stoke on Trent

We have a large retail store if you wish to shop in person. Please enquire about availability if you wish to purchase any of these offers other than via our online store. If you are travelling to our retail store at Church Street, Stoke on Trent please call 01782 410411 to check availablility. We do carry a very large stock but some of the items shown may not be available from our retail store

Right to Cancel

In complaince with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, the customer has the right to cancel any order, the cooling off period is 7 days from the day after the ordering date. Cancellation of the order must be via email to sales@bournesports.com.On cancellation of the contract, the customer is under a duty to return the goods at their own cost to Bourne Sports and in the mean time must take good care of them.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund any money paid where we expect there may be a problem with the delivery.
